Motorola Moto G 16 GB Unboxing and Specifications Overview

Motorola Moto G has taken over Indian Android market ever since it was officially launched on Flipkart. Moto G offers all the features a high end smartphone must have and it comes at very affordable price range of Rs 12500 for 8 GB version and Rs 13,999 for 16 GB version.  With 4.5 inches LCD and HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 and 326 ppi pixel density, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Quad core processor with clock rate of 1.2 Ghz  and coupled with 1 GB of RAM , the hardware of this phone at price point of around 14k is really impressive and difficult to beat. We ordered 16 GB version of Moto G via flipkart (Official reseller) and it took 2 days for the shipment to arrive.

The Indian version of Moto G comes with a Charger and earphone unlike  the UK version but thers is no USB cable in the box.
There is headphone jack the top  and power key and Volume key on the right corner. Two micro SIM slots are given , one on the lower side of right corner , and other at the upper side of left corner. Microphone and Micro USB slot is on bottom side.


Some of the earlier Moto G came with Android 4.3 O.S but  that can be updated to latest 4.4.2 Kitkat, however our came with Kitkat version only. The 4.5 inch  display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection.
The 5 M.P camera is also very impressive with single LED flash , you can capture photos easily with simple UI , take Panorama images,, Slow motion videos and much more. Also secondary/Front camera of 1.3 MP is provided for Video Call.

Bottom Line:

So at 14K bucks , you are getting:
1.2 Ghz Snapdragon 400  Quad core , 1 GB RAM , 5 MP -led flash camera , Dual Sim,4.5 inch 720 p resolution , 1.3 Secondary camera, 16 GB internal memory, Android Kit Kat and all the high end features. This is really an amazing Smartphone and Value for Money. Go for it, highly recommended, if you are planning to buy a new one.
